1. I hereby apply to enter the forgoing campdrafts in terms of and set out in the Conditions on Entry Form which I understand are available to me on request and by which I agree to be bound whether or not I have read them.
2. I acknowledge that:- The Committee is at liberty to consider or to refuse to consider this nomination, in its absolute and unfettered discretion. On acceptance of this nomination, all the terms of the agreement between the Paradise Lagoons Campdraft Pty Ltd and me are as contained or expressly incorporated in this form, and Iagree that all representations and statements not appearing herein or in the Rules, By-Laws and Regulations are hereby excluded.
3. I hereby certify that all particulars relative to entries, performance and stabling requirement, etc. set out on this form are correct in all details.
4. Release And Waiver Of Liability: I understand and acknowledge that Campdrafting can be a dangerous activity. I understand and acknowledge that serious INJURY or DEATH may result from competing at PARADISE LAGOONS Campdraft or other horse riding activities that I will be participating in. I understand and acknowledge that I RIDE AT MY OWN RISK. I understand and acknowledge the rules and the safety requirements of the activities in which I wish to participate.
5. Conduct: I understand and acknowledge not to compete whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I understand not to ride in a dangerous manner which may cause injury to other or myself.
6. Effect Of This Document: I understand that my signature to this document constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability of the Australians’ Campdraft Association Inc and Paradise Lagoons to the greatest extent allowed by law in the event of me and/or the children under my care against suffering injury or death.

CONDITIONS

1. Paradise Lagoons Campdraft is an Australian Campdraft Association and National Cutting Horse Association affiliated Campdraft and therefore all rules and conditions of the ACA and NCHA are applicable.
2. The Paradise Lagoons Campdraft Committee is GST registered. All nominations include GST, a tax invoice is available on request with nomination. For all prizemoney an ABN or hobby declaration is required, anyone wishing to collect GST on prizemoney will need to present a tax invoice with ABN to the Secretary. Failure to produce Tax Invoice will result in Prizemoney exclusive of GST.  Prizemoney is GST exclusive.  All Prizemoney will be deposited directly into Competitor’s nominated bank account unless otherwise advised.  Please provide details when nominating.
3. Please note that all Prizemoney, Refunds and Scratchings will not be processed until after the conclusion of the event and will be deposited directly into Competitor’s nominated bank account unless otherwise advised.
4. ENTRIES CLOSE – Friday 27 June 2008 or at such time that sufficient nominations have been received.  NOMINATION FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRIES.   Nominations will only be accepted upon FULL payment for fees. Payment may be made direct to Paradise Lagoons Campdraft Pty Ltd. account. Receipt Number must be given with Nomination Form. 10% late fee will apply after this date if nomination accepted.
5. Unless otherwise accepted, competitors can regard their entries as having been accepted, but the Paradise Lagoons Campdraft Committee will in no way be responsible for non-receipt of such advice.

7. Owners of horses must state when nominating the order in which they wish their horses to compete.  All horses starting from Number 1 must follow correct order.  Fail to observe this condition the nomination may, at the discretion of the committee, be disqualified.
8. No Changes To Run Of Order Once Event Starts (6am Friday 18 July).
9. Please note that Arena One starts on Friday with the first half of round one of the Rumevite Rockhampton Open followed by the first half of round one of Acton Super Beef Australian Open. Arena Two starts on Friday with the Ian Weigh Motors Novice Draft. Please bear this in mind when nominating horses in these events.
10. Ladies Draft and Mares Draft is limited to one entry per competitor. 
    All Campdrafts are open to any rider over the age of 13 years as at the date of competition.
11. A substitute horse will be allowed when the nominated horse cannot start.  Name of substitute to be in hands of Secretary one hour before the start of the draft (earlier if possible).  Horse must be bonafide property of the nominee.  Veterinary certificate must be produced one hour before draft is run.
12. After entry closing date, an administration levy of $25 per entry will be retained from all cancelled or withdrawn entries. 
13. The decision of the Paradise Lagoon Campdraft Committee on all matters appertaining or incidental to the competition shall be final and conclusive and binding on all nominations for the competitions, and in addition, the committee reserves unto itself the right, at any time, without being liable for any loss or damage which may be sustained, to alter or postpone the date of the competition or cancel the same or to change the venue of the competitions.
14. There are no horse stalls available.  All Stallions must be hobbled or tied.
15. NO DOGS ALLOWED (Guide Dogs are the only exception).
